| Edith James, Certified Pedorthist, President. Since 1974 Edith has experience in the pedorthic field. Edith received her education in pedorthics from New York University. Edith has written many articles and lectures to related health groups. She has attended the annual Pedorthic Symposium since 1991 and visits the Western Shoe Association in Las Vegas twice a year for shoe buying trips and continued education (NSRA Class of 2003). She is also a member of the Pedorthic Footwear Foundation since 1999. Edith is on the board of NSRA (National Shoe Retailers Association) Edith opened Comfort Shoe Specialists in October 1992. CSS@comfortshoe.com Gayle Walter, Insurance Specialist/Office Manager Gayle files all of the insurance claims to Medicare for patient reimbursement and United Health Care and HealthLink for those who are covered. Gayle joined Comfort Shoe Specialists in 1994. She previously worked for a durable medical equipment supplier and filed the insurance claims. Martha is from Cape Town, South Africa and will soon be a United States citizen. She worked in stores that sold orthopedic shoes and appliances. Martha brings not only an international flavor to our staff, but also has a sense of style appreciated by customers/patients. Martha attended Eneslow Pedorthic Institute in New York in 2005. Anders Stabler, Certified Pedorthist Anders is a 1995 Graduate of Central Mo. State University with a BFA in Commercial Art. He is a veteran of the US Navy in Aviation, formally educated in pedorthics at Eneslow through the New York School of Podiactric Medicine. Was published in O&P business Journal in October 2009. |
