We highly recommend calling to schedule an appointment at 314.822.3300,
prior to visiting us due to us working by appointments first. We will always do
our best to work in "walk-ins", however to ensure the fastest service, it's best
to have an appointment. When you arrive, whether or not you have an
appointment, you will need to sign-in at our reception desk.
There is a Consultation Fee for new patients, and this will include receiving a
full examination from one of our Certified Pedorthists. We will find out your
proper shoe size, discuss any foot issues you may be having, and receive
detailed information on the available solutions that would best suit your
specific needs. We recommend that you plan on about an hour of time to
undergo your full consultation.
We have 1,000's of shoes and solutions available on-sight and often
times can have you up and "running" the same day. Is some cases, we will
need to custom build your orthotics, special order a shoe, and/or potentially
make alterations on your shoes in which can not be done the same day. In
these cases, we'll give you an estimated time of delivery of your new foot
solutions and call you when they arrive. A 2nd appointment will be neccassary
in order to ensure that foot solution fits properly and allow us to make any
minor adjustments if needed.
